• Send two slides or a CD with maximum two images of recent works in any media, with the exception of photography, together with a non-refundable $30.00 fee to Praxis Gallery. (Payment by money order or cheque payable to Praxis Gallery.)
  
• Complete details should be entered on the supplied entry form and sent along with slides and payment.
  
• Send a self addressed stamped envelope if you want your slides to be returned.
  
• Deadline for entries is May 25 th, 2007 before 6 pm.
  
• Only artists whose work(s) are selected by the jury will be notified.
  
• First prize of $500.00 (five hundred dollars) will be awarded during the opening ceremony on June 15, 2007, between 8 pm and 10 pm. Two Honorable Mentions of $200.00 (two hundred dollars) each will also be awarded this time.
  
• Praxis Gallery will retain 20% commission on sales of the artwork(s).
  
• Artists whose work(s) are accepted for the exhibition should submit their work(s) by 6:00pm, on June 14 th, 2007.
  
• Exhibited work(s) should be picked up between 5 pm and 6 pm on June 28, 2007.
  
• The artists entering the exhibition grants Praxis Gallery the rights to photograph and reproduce exhibited works for educational and publicity purposes.
  
• The gallery is not responsible for work(s) left after the show for more then 30 days.
